Damascus Santoku

This style of knife is a traditional Japanese style knife that is generally good at pretty much anything you throw at it. It's small enough that it isn't clunky, or unwieldy, but big enough to handle most of the larger tasks we tackle in the kitchen. 

Hand forged out of 148 layer Damascus with a full tang construction, and linen micarta handle scales.
