Small, thin, and super light. This is a great knife for smaller tasks in the kitchen (cutting herbs, garlic, small cuts of meat etc.) The honesuki is a traditional Japanese style knife designed for butchering whole chicken. That being said, it's a super versatile blade that I used myself for years in professional kitchens!
Hand forged out of 156 layer Damascus with 1084 and 15n20. The handle is a full tang construction with bronze pins, and spalted pecan handle scales.
