Damascus honesuki

This is an exceptional blade for the kitchen! The honesuki is easily one of my favorite knives in the kitchen, especially as a line cook. Small, nimble, and extremely versatile. The blade is made with a multi-bar Turkish twist Damascus with 1084, and 15n20. The spine has a vine pattern file work through the entire length of the blade. The handle is a full tang construction with some incredible handle scales.

The scales are vintage Westinghouse micarta, crosscut linen micarta bolsters, and mammoth tooth accents! 

All of our knives come with a limited life time warranty. As long as the knife hasn't been intentionally broken, we will repair any part of the knife
