Damascus chefs knife

This blade is a looker, and will certainly perform just as well! It is a multi bar stack of 52100 high carbon steel with a feather Damascus center. 52100 is known for being an exceptional steel on the kitchen for its excellent edge retention and relatively good corrosion resistance. The handle is a full tang construction with stabilized spalted pecan handle scales.
