Medium chefs knife

Thin, light, and nimble, this knife is a great addition to any kitchen (professional, or home) hand forged out of 1095 high carbon steel with a blacksmith forged finish. The handle is a full tang construction with black walnut scales from Plano Texas. 

All of our knives come with a limited life time warranty. As long as the knife hasn't been intentionally broken, we will repair any part of the knife
