This knife is a perfect blade for slicing bbq meats, sashimi, vegetables, and anything else you want to throw at it! Hand forged out of 52100 high carbon steel, which is known for its excellent edge retention and hardness. 

The handle is a full tang construction, with purple heart handle scales. 

All of our knives come with a limited lifetime warranty. As long as there isn't any evidence of intentional breaking, we will repair or replace the knife as we see fit
