This is a do everything knife in the kitchen. Not too big, and not too small. Enough thickness to handle heavy tasks, but thin enough to do the most delicate knife work. Hand forged out of 1095 high carbon steel, with a full tang construction, and Bodark (Osage orange) handle scales
